Summary:This is an example of how to develop a proposal to fulfil a community need in a way that has the highest assurance of success.
Comment:First time I've ever used Publisher!
Implications:The outline given by our professor is the same as the University uses in all its proposals for service projects. I hope to use it too some day, when working on a real issue.
